UNPLUG YOUR KIDS. Teach them hard work and strength of will.
“What you have been taught by listening to other’s words you will forget very quickly; what you have learned with your whole body you will remember for the rest of your life.”
Developed by Sam Justice and his students in 1973, Justice Karate American Shotokan is a unique hybrid of American style boxing techniques and traditional Okinawan Shotokan Karate.
