Adult (ages 13 and Up) – Shotokan Karate Classes

Justice Karate American Shotokan
Specifically for teens to adults, students are instructed in the formal discipline of Shotokan Karate. These 1-hour group classes are taught in a collaborative environment. Lessons focus on the movements, endurance, and memory required to learn and practice the fighting techniques, Katas, strategies and tactics employed in American Shotokan Karate. Belts are earned, not bought, and are awarded upon successful completion and demonstration of the requirements for each belt during tests. Sparring is a part of the learning process and is practiced in a safe and controlled manner. Participants must purchase their own sparring equipment. Participation in tournaments are not required, but are encouraged.
